Swift Energy Company awards rebuild of Bay de Chene Facilities. This project encompasses the design and installation of a new 180 ft by 72 ft concrete barge containing: Hp, Ip, and LP separation trains, Heater Treating, LACT, Salt Water Disposal, as well as power generation for the entire field. The rebuild includes the integration of the new barge to the existing facilities with a complete revamp of the control systems and other miscellaneous facility systems. The design will be accomplished using the latest 3D modeling technology. Production rates are estimated at 8,000 bbl/day and up to 70 MMSCFD.Petreco awards Prodution Module
Petreco Corporation announced the award of detailed engineering to Freeman & Curiel Engineers for their Pipa II project. The module will be capable of a 30,000 bbl/day and 17 MMSCFD production to include oil treating, produce water treating, compression, and metering. This is the second project that Petreco awards to FCE as FCE performed detailed design services on Petreco's LukOil dehydration unit earlier in the year. FCE's scope on Pipa II includes development of P&IDs, equipment specifications, valve and instrument specification, piping design, structural design, and pressure vessel design as well as all project management activities related to this effort.
