PROJECT: Shipboard Production Module

F&C Engineers designed a complete crude oil processing facility module for Petrobas that includes gas handling, condensate handling, separation, and filtration for shipboard production. This 1,100 ton module is capable of producing 30,000 bopd and 17 MMSCFD gas. It includes full oil, condensate, water, and gas separation and treating. F&C Engineers provided 3D designs of all systems for fabrication.
Equipment included: In Line Heaters, HP Separator, IP Separator, LP Separator, Electrostatic Heater, Degasser, Hydrocyclones, Flotation Cells, Gas Cooler, Knock Out Drum, Slop, Flare Scrubber, Gas Heater and Chiller, Compression
