PROJECT: Refrigerated Joule-Thomson (RJT) Modular Plant
LOCATION: Bakken Shale, U.S.A.
OPERATOR: Crestwood Equity Partners, LP
F&C Engineers provided complete engineering design and detailed construction drawings for a 35 MMSCFD Refrigerated Joule-Thomson (RJT) Plant for SNC Lavalin and Crestwood Equity Partners, LP in the Bakken shale play. The compressor stations include 6 gas compressors and 3 refrigeration compressors. The design is 100% modularized, allowing for complete skidding of all equipment and pipe racks, minimizing field work and allowing for faster, less expensive, and safer execution and installation. Scope included field site grading and drainage, civil foundations, screw pile design, access platforms, piping and pipe rack skids, header skids, instrumentation, utilities and consumption calculations.
Equipment Includes:
- Inlet Slug Catcher
- Inlet Separator
- Inlet Compression
- Residue Compression
- Overhead Compression
- Associated Coalescers
- Refrigerated Joule Thomson Unit
- Oil Heater
- Methanol Storage
- Tank Battery
- Truck Loading
- LPG Storage
